Formed by former Knight Frank Partner, Past IRPM Chair and Chartered Surveyor Peter Devere-Catt to provide residential investment management, Central London block management and residential consultancy services.

We operate predominantly in the Central London market assisting institutional clients with their residential property needs including the Corporation of Trinity House, London & Oxford Group and the John Lyon Charity.

We have partnered with B-hive (part of HML) in the provision of block management services. B-hive provide back office financial solutions managing all client funds, software, portal and health and safety systems (such as health and safety pre-approval of all contractors). This leaves us free to focus on provision of an unrivalled proactive property management service, keeping in touch with residents regularly and ensuring maintenance issues are dealt with as quickly as possible.
